Adial Pharmaceuticals further adjourned its 2026 annual shareholder meeting to Oct. 26 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time, pending Nasdaq listing approval. The meeting will reconvene at the company’s Charlottesville, Virginia, offices. Voting remains open on four proposals postponed again on Oct. 15; the Aug. 17 record date is unchanged, and submitted proxies remain valid unless shareholders choose to change their votes.
