Adidas, Puma fall after peer Decker's softer-than-hoped guidance

Shares in German sportswear makers Adidas ADSGn.DE and Puma PUMG.DE fall 5.2% and 1.2%, respectively, after Hoka and UGG parent Deckers Outdoor's DECK.N FY EPS guidance hike came in below expectations.
Deckers expects EPS to be between $7.35 and $7.50 for 2027, compared with its prior forecast of $7.30 to $7.45.
A local trader says the company's improved EPS forecast came in below the average analyst estimates.
"Minor negative peer news," it adds.
Adidas hits the bottom of Germany's blue-chip index .GDAXI.
