Adient opened a new trim facility in Ismailia, Egypt, expanding its manufacturing footprint as part of a regional growth strategy.
Diniz Adient Egypt Automotive launched in March 2026 in the Ismailia Free Zone; hiring began in May 2026.
The site increases production capacity, supports customer growth, creates jobs, and marks Adient’s entry into manufacturing operations in Egypt.
The project is positioned as the first phase of a footprint diversification plan, setting up further expansion in Egypt.
