Aditxt unit Ignite Proteomics and Copley terminate merger agreement
ADTX•Ignite Proteomics, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADiTx, and Copley Acquisition mutually terminated their business combination agreement on October 9, 2026. Each party will bear its own expenses, and the agreement includes mutual releases of transaction-related claims.

The termination took effect immediately, ending the business combination agreement signed on June 10, 2026. Under the termination agreement, each party will bear its own expenses and both parties released transaction-related claims.
