ADK Holdings and Stagwell enter three-year strategic partnership
STGW•ADK Holdings and Stagwell signed a three-year agreement to expand joint marketing services in Japan and overseas, formalizing cooperation that began under a July 2025 memorandum.
1. Cross-border marketing work
The agreement shifts the companies’ cooperation from project-based work to a multi-year framework. They plan to combine ADK’s production capabilities with Stagwell’s data, analytics and execution, with a priority on scaling Japanese intellectual property in North America, led by the U.S.
2. Support for brands
The partnership also aims to support multinational brands in Japan through Stagwell’s network of specialist marketing agencies. The companies plan to share resources, exchange personnel and integrate data and tools.
