Rowe joins from Syngenta Group

Rowe joins ADM from Syngenta Group, where he became CEO in January 2024 following senior roles since September 2016.

He previously spent more than 20 years at DuPont Pioneer in executive posts spanning strategy, international operations, biotech and regulatory affairs.

ADM names new chief operating officer

ADM named Jeff Rowe executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.

The role is newly created; Rowe will run commercial businesses and global manufacturing, with R&D reporting to CEO Juan Luciano.
