ADM partners with EVERY to produce OvoPro egg white protein at Iowa facility
ADM•ADM and EVERY expand OvoPro production
ADM said it has reached a collaboration with The EVERY Company to start U.S. commercial-scale production of EVERY’s OvoPro egg white protein.
Manufacturing will be based at ADM’s Clinton, Iowa, facility, using its precision fermentation capabilities.
The deal targets higher output to meet rising demand for protein fortification across multiple food segments, particularly in the U.S.
ADM expects the expansion to support more resilient supply chains for food producers, with new market opportunities for regional farmers.
