ADMTronics posted income before provision for income taxes of $34,364 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, down 89.3%.

Revenue fell 11% to $866,255, led by declines in Electronics and Engineering sales.

Operating results swung to an operating loss of $20,655 from operating income, as operating expenses rose 12.1% to $415,705.

Other income dropped 75% to $55,019, primarily due to a $60,000 investment gain versus a larger prior-year gain.

Cash and cash equivalents ended the quarter at $222,619; net cash used in operating activities was $32,959.
