Adobe launched an AI-driven marketing workflows agent and integrated Kaltura’s conversational avatars and video intelligence into Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress and Drupal. The company also expanded its partner ecosystem with CX Enterprise Coworker and Brand Intelligence in GenStudio to automate customer experience orchestration across marketing and operations.

Adobe unveiled an AI agent designed to automate marketing workflows by generating campaign briefs, optimizing audience targeting and delivering performance insights. This tool leverages generative AI to reduce manual setup time and integrate with existing Adobe Experience Cloud modules.

2. Kaltura Avatar Integration

Through a partnership with Kaltura, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress and Drupal users can now embed conversational avatars and video intelligence directly into digital experiences without custom development. These AI-driven video tools aim to boost engagement by enabling interactive, personalized content within enterprise content management systems.

3. Enhanced Customer Experience Tools

The company also announced expansions to its partner ecosystem, including CX Enterprise Coworker which builds agent-enabled workflows for customer experience orchestration. Additionally, it introduced Brand Intelligence and enhancements to its GenStudio content supply chain solution to streamline collaborative content production and governance.
