1. ADP Earns 20th Consecutive Appearance on Fortune’s Most Admired List

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) has been named one of Fortune magazine’s “World’s Most Admired Companies” for the 20th straight year. The accolade recognizes ADP’s performance across product and service quality, global business effectiveness and innovation. In the latest ranking, Fortune and Korn Ferry surveyed more than 1,500 firms, including the 1,000 largest U.S. companies by revenue and international corporations with at least $10 billion in annual sales. ADP secured a top-half industry score by evaluations from 685 executives, directors and analysts spanning 29 countries. This honor underlines ADP’s leadership as a global HR and payroll solutions provider serving 1.1 million clients in over 140 countries.

2. Robust Financial Profile Supports 51 Years of Dividend Growth

ADP processes payroll for more than one out of every six U.S. workers and anticipates generating $21.8 billion in revenues this fiscal year, up 5.8% from last year. The company consistently converts between 20% and 25% of its top line into net income, a margin that underpins its capacity to raise dividends annually. Having increased its per-share payout for 51 consecutive years, ADP offers a forward-looking dividend yield of approximately 2.6%. Recurring revenue from payroll and tax-reporting services, coupled with inflation-driven wage growth and a growing workforce, positions ADP to sustain reliable cash flow and continue its dividend royalty status.
