ADP NER Pulse shows private employers added 23,750 jobs a week through Sept. 19
ADP•ADP’s preliminary estimate shows U.S. private employers added an average of 23,750 jobs per week in the four weeks ended Sept. 19, 2026, up 5.56% from the prior week’s average.

ADP reported that its four-week moving average rose to 23,750 jobs per week for the period ended Sept. 19, 2026, from 22,500 in the week ended Sept. 12. The measure was up 18.75% from 20,000 in the week ended Sept. 5, extending a five-week acceleration trend.
