Telephone Electronics Corp deployed the integrated tools to automate outage messaging via SMS and voice, aiming to cut inbound support tickets.
The deployment targets faster outage response, lower call-center load, and improved operational efficiency for TEC’s fiber broadband network.
The collaboration was named a finalist for the 2026 Fiber Broadband Association Constellation Award.
