Aduro Clean Technologies selected Saipem to provide early engineering and procurement support for its first-of-a-kind Hydrochemolytic Technology facility planned for the Chemelot industrial park in the Netherlands.
The early works scope includes reviewing the process design package, optimizing key equipment packages, integrating utilities, and refining the project’s capital cost estimate.
Aduro expects the work to be funded from existing cash, with no additional financing required.
The engagement is structured as a phased program that could progress to FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup, subject to further evaluation and definitive agreements.
