Advasa appoints William Witherspoon as CFO
ADBT•Advasa appointed board member William Witherspoon as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 6, 2026. He remains a non-independent director and stepped down from four board committees.

Witherspoon has served on Advasa’s board since June 24, 2026. He stepped down from the audit, compensation, nominating, and corporate governance committees. He is an asset acquisition manager at UMcapital, principal at Hubert Development, and financial and settlement consultant at Forge Consulting.
