Advasa names director William Witherspoon as CFO, replacing interim finance chief Ryther
ADBT•Advasa Holdings named board member William Witherspoon chief financial officer effective Oct. 6, 2026, replacing CEO Grady Ryther, who had served as interim CFO since Katharyn Field’s Aug. 27 departure.
1. CFO appointment
Witherspoon joined Advasa’s board in June 2026 and will leave its audit, compensation, nominating and governance committees after shifting from independent to non-independent director. He works as an asset acquisition manager at UMcapital, leads Hubert Development and consults at Forge Consulting.
