Advent Convertible and Income Fund announces annual shareholder meeting

Advent Convertible and Income Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting in New York on Sept. 16, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the election of Class II Trustees Daniel L. Black, Michael A. Smart, Nancy E. Stuebe.
The terms run through the 2029 annual meeting, subject to successors being elected and qualified.
