- The relocation consolidates teams into about 126,000 gross square feet across four floors, described as its largest office investment in Asia.
- The move positions the firm to support major Hong Kong development programs, including Northern Metropolis and SKYTOPIA.
- More than 900 furniture items from the prior Sha Tin office were donated to local schools and NGOs as part of the relocation.
