Aegon plans a corporate reorganization to shift its legal domicile from Bermuda to Delaware via a cross-border continuation.
- Vereniging Aegon, holding about 18.4% of exercisable voting rights, signed a voting undertaking to back the redomiciliation.
- The shareholder also agreed to support adoption of the Aegon Ltd. 2027 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
- A special shareholder meeting is expected on Oct. 8, 2026 to vote on the proposals.
