Aehr secured its first production burn-in order for its Sonoma system to test a leading hyperscaler’s next-generation AI ASIC, driving a 26% share jump on Feb. 11.

The customer forecasts a very large expansion of Sonoma system purchases for its current- and next-generation AI chips in the second half of 2026 and continuing into 2027.
