Aehr Test Systems announces annual shareholder meeting

Aehr Test Systems will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Fremont, California on Oct. 19, 2026.
Shareholders are slated to vote on electing six directors.
The meeting will also vote on ratifying BPM LLP as independent auditor for fiscal 2027.
An advisory vote on executive compensation is also on the agenda.
