The company said accelerating demand for AI semiconductor test and burn-in solutions drove record fiscal first-quarter revenue and bookings. Its lead AI processor customer continued to expand capacity, supported by a $22 million follow-on order announced in August 2026. Aehr said it sees significant production-order potential across more than a dozen customers, up from a handful previously.
