Aehr Test Systems receives $6 million in follow-on orders for Sonoma systems
AEHR•Aehr Test Systems received about $6 million in follow-on production orders from its lead hyperscale customer for AI processor package-level burn-in, with deliveries scheduled over the next six months.
1. Orders support expansion
The orders cover additional Sonoma systems, burn-in modules, sockets and production software upgrades for deployment at a Taiwan OSAT partner. The capacity expansion supports an expected 2027 production ramp for the customer’s second AI processor on Sonoma. The customer expects the second device to ultimately exceed production volumes of its first Sonoma-based processor, which is already in high-volume production.
