Aehr Test Systems receives follow-on production order for automated FOX-XP wafer-level burn-in system

The order includes integrated automated wafer handling, including an auto aligner, robotic wafer handling, and automated wafer loading and unloading.
Aehr Test Systems received a follow-on production order from its lead silicon photonics wafer-level burn-in customer for a fully automated FOX-XP multi-wafer system.
The system is configured with nine WaferPak test blades, each capable of up to 3,500 watts, for production burn-in and reliability screening of silicon photonic ICs.
