AerCap achieved net income of $810 million in Q4 2025, up 35% from $600 million in the prior year period. Revenue climbed 18% to $2.3 billion, reflecting higher lease rates across its global portfolio.
2. Fleet Expansion
During the quarter, AerCap acquired or placed into service 25 new aircraft, increasing its total operating fleet to 1,950 jets and engines. This expansion targets high-growth markets in Asia and North America.
3. Capital Return Program
The board authorized a $1.2 billion share repurchase program to be executed over the next 12 months. AerCap has already deployed $450 million toward buybacks since the program’s launch.
