AeroVironment announces annual shareholder meeting

AeroVironment will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting by remote communication on Sept. 24, 2026.
Items up for a vote include electing five directors for one-year terms.
Shareholders will also vote on ratifying Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2027.
A non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation is also scheduled.
