AeroVironment forms AV Eagle joint venture with Greece’s Eyeonix SA

AeroVironment and Eyeonix form AV Eagle joint venture
AeroVironment formed AV Eagle, a joint venture with Athens-based Eyeonix, to build an industrial presence in Greece.
The planned Greek facility is expected to manufacture unmanned systems, loitering munitions, and counter-UAS for Greek and broader European customers.
AeroVironment said AV Eagle is expected to become operational in fiscal 2027, with production capabilities targeted to be operational by 2028.
