AeroVironment plans a USD 100 million unified, company-owned campus on about 20 acres in Moorpark, California.
The site will consolidate teams from five leased Southern California locations, aiming to speed development through production and improve collaboration.
Renovation and new construction are expected to start in fiscal 2028, with phased employee moves planned. The campus is targeted to be fully operational in 2029.
The primary property purchase closed in fiscal Q2, and spending falls within the company’s previously issued fiscal 2027 capital expenditure guidance.
