Aeternum option to acquire control of American Renaissance Minerals
Aeternum Health acquired an option to buy 51% of American Renaissance Minerals, which is advancing the Nkamouna cobalt-nickel-manganese project in Cameroon.
The option was acquired from Manaslu LLC for 50,000,000 common shares and 2,000,000 Series B preferred shares with 40 votes per share.
American Renaissance Minerals is working with Cameroon’s government toward a new mining permit for Nkamouna following withdrawal of the prior permit in February 2025.
Plans call for a mine-site concentrator to produce exportable cobalt-nickel-manganese concentrate, with Aeternum providing capital and engineering support.
ARM licensed historical technical data from Geovic in January 2026 under terms that provide for Geovic to release claims over the project.
