Aeternum Health shareholders back 1-for-20 reverse stock split via written consent

A 1-for-20 reverse stock split is planned. Based on the current share count, common shares outstanding would fall to about 4,855,261 from 97,105,204, subject to FINRA notice.
The company also said authorized common stock will rise to 500,000,000 shares from 250,000,000, expanding capacity for financings, acquisitions, partnerships and hiring.
In addition, the Series B preferred stock designation will increase to 4,000,000 shares from 2,000,000; each preferred share carries votes equal to 40 common shares.
Rebrand and expansion into critical minerals
The company plans to rebrand as Aeternum Resources, reflecting a move into critical-minerals mining and processing alongside its longevity and health services business.
Shareholders approve charter amendments by written consent
Aeternum Health shareholders backed charter amendments through board action and majority shareholder written consents dated July 31, 2026 and Aug. 16, 2026.
The company said the actions support a shift in strategy and capital structure changes.
