Aether Holdings’ Aether Compute bought a 60% stake in IT services provider Noviant for $3.6 million.
The consideration included $900,000 in cash and $2.7 million in restricted Aether common stock.
Noviant adds infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity services
Noviant provides enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services, adding deployment and ongoing support capabilities to Aether Compute.
Noviant reported about $5.36 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. Existing Noviant shareholders retained 40%, with the current management team expected to continue running the business.
