Aethlon Medical amends CEO, CFO and CMO deals to pay change-in-control severance in lump sum
AEMD•Change-in-control severance amendments
Aethlon Medical amended change-in-control severance terms for CEO/CFO James B. Frakes, shifting installment payments to a single lump sum.
Chief Medical Officer Steven P. LaRosa received the same change, with lump-sum severance due on the first regular payroll date after release effectiveness.
Health care continuation payments also move to a lump sum covering the full COBRA period, with no reduction if later coverage is obtained.
The amendments do not change severance amounts, calculation methods, or eligibility triggers under the existing employment agreements.
