Aethlon Medical Q1 FY27 net loss narrows 12.12% to $1.55 million

Aethlon Medical posted a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $1.55 million, improving from $1.76 million a year earlier.
Operating loss narrowed 11.9% to $1.58 million, on lower professional fees and reduced general and administrative costs.
Cash and cash equivalents totaled $4.93 million at June 30, down from $5.03 million at March 31.
Post-quarter financing and program updates
Subsequent to quarter-end, the company raised $4 million in gross proceeds via a public offering, funding operations for at least 12 months.
Program update: the first participant was dosed in the third and final cohort of its Phase 1 oncology study in Australia; the Long COVID manuscript was accepted.
