Aeva Q2 FY26 GAAP net loss per share narrows to $1.23; revenue rises 11.34% to $6.1 million

Aeva posted Q2 2026 revenue of $6.1 million, up from $5.5 million a year earlier.
GAAP operating loss narrowed slightly to $34.6 million from $34.9 million; GAAP net loss per share improved to $1.23 from $3.49.
Non-GAAP operating loss widened to $26 million from $25.1 million; non-GAAP net loss per share improved to $0.41 from $0.44.
Liquidity and business update
Total available liquidity was $302.9 million at June 30, including $177.9 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities plus a $125 million facility.
The company launched an Optical Connectivity business and signed a joint development agreement for a hyperscaler Near-Packaged Optics deployment targeted for the second half of 2027, with a production ramp planned for 2028.
