Aevex Q2 FY26 swings to net income of $6.7 million; revenue rises 99.5% to $201.8 million

AEVEX posted Q2 2026 revenue of $201.8 million, up 99.5% year over year.

Net income swung to $6.7 million from a loss a year earlier; GAAP net margin was 3.3%.

Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose to $28.1 million from $3.6 million; margin expanded 10.3 percentage points to 13.9%.

Tactical Systems revenue climbed 141.6% to $174.2 million, driven by higher UAS products and support services.

Full-year revenue outlook was raised to $700 million-$720 million; adjusted EBITDA is guided at $105 million-$111.5 million, excluding BlackSea.
