AEye granted Chief Revenue Officer Laura Wrisley 125,000 restricted stock units, effective Aug. 18, 2026, tied to her start date.
One-third of the RSUs vest on Nov. 15, 2027; the remainder vest in equal quarterly installments over the next eight quarters.
The award was issued outside stockholder-approved equity plans under AEye’s 2025 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan.
