- Affinity Bancshares is set to be acquired by Fidelity BancShares and The Fidelity Bank through a multi-step merger structure.
- TFB Merger Subsidiary will merge into Affinity Bancshares, followed by Affinity Bancshares merging into The Fidelity Bank.
- Affinity Bank will also merge into The Fidelity Bank, leaving The Fidelity Bank as the surviving entity.
- The deal is expected to close on Aug. 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
