Affirm disclosed a partnership with Virgin Media O2 to finance mobile phones and devices in the UK SIM-free market. Q2 EPS of 37 cents topped the 30-cent estimate and revenue of $1.12 billion beat $1.06 billion, while FY26 revenue guidance was raised to $4.09–4.15 billion.

1. Partnership Expansion with Virgin Media O2

Affirm announced a collaboration with Virgin Media O2 to offer transparent, flexible financing for mobile phones, headphones, gaming consoles and other devices in the UK SIM-free market. The deal complements O2’s existing Pay Monthly Handset Bundles and SIM Only offerings, enabling customers to select monthly payment plans without hidden fees.

2. Q2 Results Beat and Guidance Raise

In its fiscal second quarter, Affirm reported EPS of $0.37 versus the $0.30 consensus and revenue of $1.12 billion against $1.06 billion estimates. The company projected third-quarter revenue of $970 million–$1 billion and raised full-year FY26 revenue guidance to $4.09 billion–$4.15 billion, up from prior targets.
