Afya announces extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
AFYA•Afya will hold an extraordinary general meeting on November 25, 2026, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to vote on its merger into YDUQS.
1. Merger vote
Shareholders will consider the merger agreement, plan and Brazilian merger protocol, including changes to YDUQS’ bylaws. Other proposals include appointing Apsis Consultoria e Avaliações and reviewing its appraisal of net equity as of June 30, 2026.
