AGCO named former CFO Damon Audia president of PTx and corporate strategy, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Audia has led AGCO finance since 2022, previously holding senior finance roles at Kennametal, Carpenter Technology, Goodyear, Delphi, and General Motors.
Indira Agarwal was appointed CFO from vice president, chief accounting officer; she joined AGCO in 2024.
Agarwal previously served as chief accounting officer and controller at HF Sinclair, with earlier finance leadership roles at Cardtronics and Direct Energy.
