Agencia Comercial Spirits’ Indonesian unit issued two Letters of Award dated Aug. 28 for MEP supply and installation for Phase 1A of the AGCC-JKT01 data center.
- Aggregate reference amount: US$65 million to US$75 million, excluding Indonesian VAT.
- Each award becomes binding on receipt of a countersigned copy, pending execution of formal contracts.
- The arrangements cover infrastructure procurement, not customer revenue contracts.
