Agencia Comercial Spirits priced a registered follow-on offering of 20,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at USD 10 per share.
Gross proceeds totaled USD 200 million; the deal closed July 29, 2026.
Net proceeds are earmarked mainly for AI computing center expansion in the US, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Remaining funds will go toward R&D and working capital.
