Fixed networking technical service fees total USD 10 million over the service period, excluding usage-based infrastructure and operating costs.
The scope covers network planning, deployment, integration, connectivity, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization support for the computing infrastructure.
The contract is an infrastructure services arrangement, not a customer revenue agreement.
