Agenus reports 48% estimated three-year survival in recurrent ovarian cancer trial
AGEN•Agenus reported an estimated three-year survival rate of 48% in a Phase 1b trial of botensilimab plus balstilimab for recurrent ovarian cancer.
1. Trial follow-up results
Agenus reported three-year follow-up results from the Phase 1b C-800-01 ovarian cancer cohort, presented at IGCS 2026 in Montréal. Follow-up indicated durable survival among heavily pretreated patients, including those with platinum-resistant or refractory disease; some patients remained alive without ongoing therapy at the latest data cut.
2. Safety and treatment status
The company said the safety profile remained consistent with prior experience, with no new safety signals or treatment-related deaths reported. Botensilimab and balstilimab remain investigational.
