Agility Robotics named Merline Saintil, Derek Aberle and Pierre Gentin as expected new directors after its combination with Churchill Capital XI. Saintil serves on the boards of Rocket Lab, Symbotic and TD SYNNEX; Aberle spent 17 years at Qualcomm, including as president from 2014 to 2018, and is now co-founder and executive vice chairman of Virewirx. Gentin previously served as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce and chief legal officer at McKinsey.
