Agility Robotics taps Merline Saintil, Derek Aberle and Pierre Gentin for planned public-company board
CCXI•Agility Robotics named Merline Saintil, Derek Aberle and Pierre Gentin as expected directors for its planned public-company board. Saintil is expected to join immediately, subject to approvals; Aberle and Gentin are expected to join when the Churchill Capital Corp XI deal closes.
1. Expected board appointments
Saintil is expected to join immediately as an independent director, subject to approvals. She is lead independent director at Rocket Lab and serves on the boards of Symbotic and TD SYNNEX. Aberle, Qualcomm president from 2014 to 2018, and Gentin, most recently General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, are expected to join upon closing of the Churchill Capital Corp XI deal.
