AGL•CTO to exit in August with transition consulting through year-end
agilon health will end Chief Technology Officer Girish Venkatachaliah’s employment effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Venkatachaliah is set to provide transition consulting services through Dec. 31, 2026.
The severance agreement includes continued vesting of certain equity awards through April 30, 2027, subject to applicable performance conditions.
