Revenue rose 7% year over year to $1.49 billion, despite total members falling 10% to 549,000.
Adjusted EBITDA turned positive to $70 million from a $83 million loss, while medical margin swung to $197 million.
Full-year guidance and outlook
The company raised FY2026 guidance for revenue to $5.78 billion to $5.86 billion, adjusted EBITDA to $75 million to $95 million, and medical margin to $465 million to $505 million.
CEO Tim O’Rourke cited stronger burden-of-illness execution, favorable medical cost trends and operating discipline; membership declines were tied to a contracting focus, exits and measured growth.
