AGM Group Signs LOI with MusicDog.ai to Co-Develop AI Servers and Custom ASICs
AGM Group Holdings Inc. has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with MusicDog.ai to integrate its ValleyVerse high-performance servers and all-flash storage systems into the AI-driven music platform’s generative audio workflows. The collaboration includes co-development of domain-specific audio ASICs and blockchain-based copyright solutions to lower model training costs and boost efficiency.
1. Letter of Intent Signed
AGM Group Holdings Inc. and MusicDog.ai executed a non-binding LOI on February 13, 2026, to jointly explore integration of AGMH’s computing capabilities with the AI-driven music platform. The agreement sets the stage for collaborative evaluation of technical requirements, resource allocation and commercial deployment strategies.
2. High-Performance Infrastructure Integration
Under the LOI, AGMH will prioritize deployment of its ValleyVerse high-performance servers and all-flash storage systems to support MusicDog.ai’s intensive generative audio workloads. Customized hosting solutions aim to reduce model training costs by up to 30% and accelerate inference speed for large-scale audio data processing.
3. ASIC Co-Development and Blockchain Plans
The parties plan to co-develop application-specific ASICs tailored for generative audio tasks, targeting improved performance-to-energy ratios over general-purpose GPUs. They will also explore blockchain-based copyright authentication and distribution mechanisms to build a transparent Web3 music ecosystem.
