AGNT named Leo Pareja chief executive officer, effective immediately, replacing founder Glenn Sanford, who stays on as board chair. Pareja has been CEO of eXp Realty since April 2024 and previously served as chief strategy officer and president of affiliated services.

2. Pareja’s background

Before joining AGNT in 2022, Pareja co-founded Remine in 2016 and served as its CEO and president until its acquisition in 2021.
