AGNT’s eXp Realty expands in Florida as 1st Choice Realty joins brokerage
AGNT•AGNT’s eXp Realty added Florida’s 1st Choice Realty in September 2026, bringing more than 70 agents and support staff. The brokerage has documented sales volume exceeding $470 million across more than 2,000 transactions since 2021.

1st Choice Realty joined eXp Realty in September 2026 and now operates as 1st Choice Collective. The Tampa Bay brokerage brought more than 70 agents and support staff to eXp Realty.
2. Sales and growth
The brokerage’s documented sales volume exceeded $470 million across more than 2,000 transactions since 2021. In 2025, it recorded $60 million in sales volume across more than 325 transactions. Since joining, it has sponsored agents in Georgia and Illinois and is developing a New Jersey team of approximately four agents.
